This is for the system referenced here?

Product key and license key are 2 different things.

The license key is 5 blocks of 5 characters.

Will this work for my xp embedded ?
Embedded? Do you actually need to waste your time getting XP running? Maybe run an old obscure game? I still have some 775 stuff in a spring cleanup pile. Dumpster will be here next month. Do you need a Toshiba 42" Plasma TV without HDMI inputs? Sorry old man mood today. I am just pulling your leg. Giving up old games was a tough one for me.

Tell the secretary of the factory to search through the files, the original cd with the manual and the product key is gonna be filed under x ( x is where all the crap goes that doesn't fit anywhere else, at least that's what the x-files said)

You could also have a look out on ebay an similar placed to see if yo u can find a copy with a product key.

I feel your pain and sympathize. I need it to control a computerized lumber saw. Cost of updating the servos and controllers so that they can run on modern hardware and software is around 5 times more than the replacement cost of the saw. Or in other words 120 times the cost of getting xp running !

One major problem. I am the secretary of all.

Have you been around since that time? Have you searched for the manual and product key at all?
What cd are you using now in trying to re install? Is it the original cd that was used the first time? Embedded does not have all the parts of xp and it changes wich parts it has depending on use case so a different cd might not even work, it might again fail to install the drivers.
