Hi All,

I am not sure what's the issue with my desktop's RAM ...

I have installed 8 GB DDR3 RAM on my desktop OS (Win 10 Pro) shows me Installed memory as 6 GB (4 GB Usable)

I checked using the CPU-Z app where it shows me the correct installed RAM size

Any idea what is going wrong ?

Desktop Config
Motherboard: GA-880GM-USB3
Processor: AMD FX 6100
Video Card: Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R7 265 Dual-x 2GB

Thanks for your response.

I believe I have the latest BIOS and motherboard drivers.

I checked the Memory sticks individually and it works as well.

I have attached the screenshots of each DRAM
