Incorrect Windows 10 Start-Up

Recently I have been startin up my computer as usual, and my dual band wifi adaptor doesn’t turn on. When I then restart my computer, it doesn’t turn off, just stays in the restart screen. I have to force shut it down. When i turn it back on it works as usual? I reinstalled windows last week if that’s important.

Do you have the issue if you perform a complete shutdown using "shutdown /s /t 0" from a command line?

no it started completely fine after i did that

You could configure Windows 10 to perform a complete shutdown or create a batch file to do it.
