Increase Dedicated ram

Is it possible for me to increase my Dedicated ram specs:

Nvida GT 740M 1gb
Amd a4-6300
8gb ram 2400mhz
430W XFX PSU
Asus motherboard

I'm trying to run games like Gta v and it requires 1gb of dedicated ram..and I know my graphics card has it but everytime i use can you run it it says i can't run it please help...
