I want to upgrade my computer so it can work on a 144hz monitor (Asus VG248QE). What Equipment do I need? I didn't purchase the monitor yet.

My current setup:
CPU: Intel Core i5-3470 3.20GHz
GPU: GeForce GTX 650
RAM: 8GB
Motherboard: MSI MS-7756
and my current monitor is 1360x768, 60Hz

Budget: ~550$

I'm from Israel

Don't know if it matters, but it's for Overwatch.

I added the details to the post. It doesn't really matter if it's RGB, and I don't know the case. Thank you.
