Increasing Dedicated video Ram?

So I used the "Can You Run It Program" and my main problem is with my dedicated video ram. I only have 64mb. I have Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000, with 4gb of ram. I want to increase this so i can play my game i just bought on steam,GTA IV. When i run the game it loads but when I'm in the graphics section there is a problem with the dedicated video ram. Something like 254/50. Please help, my friends are wanting to play with me

Are you sure? Ive heard that you can change stuff in the Bios.

Yea man 64mb of VRAM is nothing. You wont be able to do any gta iv gaming with that. You will need a dedicated graphics card. GTA is one of the most demanding games out there, as well as being poorly optimized. I'd suggest a cheap 60 dollar option, you should be able to run it on low settings.

Damn, I can play farcry3 and other games, but i thought that when i bought this i thought i could run it. Next Christmas then. 🙁

I can't, and its /54 after messing with the game the lowest ive gotten it to was 205.
