[SOLVED] Increasing RAM

Hi there I am having SUPERMICRO X10drl-i motherboard populated with 2x Xeon E5-2673 v3 processors and having hp 8gb ddr4 ecc rdimm with 2133 mhz. Now I want to increase my memory..And my query is I had bought a crucial 8 gb ddr4 non ecc udimm ram. After populated in a slot the system doesn't on. Is the two ram are compatible or what's the issue and Can i mix with ecc and non ecc ram?

Thanks for your reply. I will go with ecc one.Actually I am having a 2133 mhz. If I go with 2400mhz would that cause any issue?

Possibly. If you must mix ram try and match the specs as close as possible(speed, latency, and voltage). Ideally you should buy matched sets.
