Increasing Spontaneous Reboots

I built a desktop 2 years ago which ran fine until recently. Occasional reboots started occurring during game play. Reboots are becoming more and more frequent - now, just visiting some websites and simple games trigger it.

I first attempted:
1. thorough dust cleaning everything
2. reseating the RAM
3. upgrading PSU from 600W to 850W.
4. added a UPS (950 VA)
5. replaced CPU air cooler with liquid cooler
Nothing helped. I swapped out the graphics card; also no help. Finally, I even tried a new motherboard; also didn't help.

I ran memtest86 -no errors. I ran prime95 with HWMonitor running - 8 hours, all passed, Max CPU temp was 75C. I ran FurMark GPU test with HWMonitor running: no issues, score 4814, max GPU temp was 83C.

I launched MS Edge, went to this website's article on how to stress test a PC, and it crashed/rebooted again. I tried 3 more times and it crashed within 60 seconds each time.

specs:
Asus X99 deluxe LGA2011
4 x 8G DDR4
i7-5930 6core
MSI R9-390 8G
Thermaltake 850W (80 plus gold)
Windows 10

I also tried putting in a different hard drive with a clean Windows install - didn't change anything. I appreciate any suggestions as to what I could try - I'm at a total loss.
