incredibly weird stutter with R9 380

hello! 3weeks ago i picked up this R9 380:

and since then it has been a complete headache for me, since some games are getting a completely annoying freezing and stutter while playing. i even got a red screen with Dragon Age Inquisition, but that doesn't happen for days anymore. Fallout 4 and GTA V are stuttering and freezing for a couple of seconds and normalizing right after, but the stutter returns.

these are my specs:

MSI H61M-E22/W8
GIGABYTE R9 380 WINDFORCE 2X GAMING
INTEL I5-3470
6GB RAM
EVGA 600B Bronze Power Supply 100-B1-0600-KR
HD WD SATA3 500.0GB 7200RPM
Windows 10 build 10586

everything is new, it has pretty much 10 months of buying. what i've tried to solve this already:

deleted the drivers and installed Crimson's 15.12 drivers, but nothing worked
reformatted the PC
reset BIOS
installed older drivers [Catalyst 15.7] and still stuttering

my old GTX 650 had nothing of this, help pls!

what resolution are u playing on?

at 1080p, mainly. but i usually set it to 768p and the same thing happens :/
