[SOLVED] Infinite Boot loop

My Toshiba Qosmio is stuck in an infinite boot loop. It just acts like it's booting up the whole time. but never gets there. I've tried F2, F8, F12, etc but no luck. I've also tried putting Windows CD's in the drive but that didn't do anything. Can anyone help please? I had this problem once before but was able to fix. It's like a Windows update caused the problem. Thanks!

Try a cold boot. Remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter and hold the power button down for 10 seconds, then plug the AC adapter back in and try to boot your laptop.
