Hi I have a very hard time finding some solution to my problem... I hope someone can help me

Soo months ago my cpu case is always open due to overheating but I havent noticed that a rat is already lived on it (as if it was his house) and the rat cut all my front panel wires, luckily only the front panel wires but i've searched on how to turn on the computer w/out using front panel switches by short circuiting the 2 pins soo (first problem solved) and then when I tried to turn it back on... windows is starting up but suddenly restarts by itself and kept restarting and not allowing me to play on it, and if i start it on safe mode there are sometimes it restarts by itself and sometimes allowing me to start windows... I look unto bios, one of my sata port says not installed and if I try to insert something on it my screen goes black and displays nothing on screen, I have only 2 sata ports

My Specs:
Intel Atom CPU D525 1.80GHz
2048 MB RAM
Hitachi HTS54251 120GB HDD

I know my comp is a junk but I learned many things about comp cuz of this and I want to learn more soo im doing all things just to repair this 😀

My doubts are:
RAM?
CMOS Battery?
SATA Port not functioning?
Windows 7 corrupt and needs repair?

I hope someone can help me.. Im willing to answer all of ur question or wanting me to try on something...

I'd suggest completely rebuilding the thing. Deep clean it, take out the motherboard and clean behind it and such. You may notice something you didn't before (short circuit, etc).
You may be able to repair the front panel connectors if you know how to strip wires and bind them.
If it still keeps restarting after all this, you're probably going to need a new mobo.

Ok, if I can never find a solution to this I will buy new mobo

btw thanks for the suggestion. CHEERS!
