Question Info needed! Session "dfa2c640-651d-488d-a479-2fd7a7ca6e29" ERROR

Alright so i get this error on the event viewer while playing the game " The devision2 " " Session "dfa2c640-651d-488d-a479-2fd7a7ca6e29" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000022 " i wondering what it is? The game itself still plays fine but i think this error causes minor FPS drop like 2-3 then goes back to normal.. anyone know about this? here is the rest of the info about it

run app with elevated rights (right click it and run as admin)

Tried that and still get that error in the event log. 🙄
