i want to setup window xp into my desktop but i cannot setup ? and when i setuping have one message that is show that INF file txtsetup .sif is corrupt or missing , status 1024 ...why this message alert like this ! can u tell me?

If this is an original disc, copy it to a new disc in another PC and try again. I have found this sometimes helps if you have a marginal disc due to scratches.
