Initial boot up, error 33, early CPU initialization.

First time PC build, just finished my first build, but having issues. On first boot it started then immediately restarted then posted error 33 on MB, early CPU initialization(whatever that means). First thing I thought to do was disconnect the GPU from the PSU and viola it booted to BIOS. I posted the other day before the build asking if my PSU was enough for my build and a few people assured me it was to recap, here are my build components.

PSU: Corsair RM550x
CPU- Intel i56600K
Motherboard- Msi gaming m5
GPU- MSI GeForce GTX1070 gaming x8g
RAM- corsair vengeance led 2x8 DDR4 3000
SSD-Kingston sad now uv 400 120gb
HD- 1 TB Western digital 7200 rpm
CPU COOLER- Zalman cnps9900 max with red led
CD/DVD- Asus DRW 24x
WIFI/BLUETOOTH- gigabyte model GC-WB867D

Please help?!
