Initiate push button setup on wireless client to linksys

Hi. I am trying to reset the password on my sister's router, and it's not allowing me to change the Wireless Network Name (SSID)... I get the following message: "Your router is now accepting wireless clients. Please initiate push button setup on wireless client now. You will be returned to the previous screen when setup has been completed." What is the push button? I reset both the router and the cable...But everytime I try to change the SSID and the password, the browser fails to open the page. Now, my internet connection is unprotected and it's called linksys. Please help?

Your pressing the tiny recessed button on the router?
You will then need the default password.
