Question Input lag PC

Hi
I buy a new pc but my mouse feels like slow and I don't feel the sensation that it is "connected" to my hand.
I had a very poor performance PC but even with fps between 40 and 50 the mouse felt more stable.
Now i have 144hz and a new pc but my mouse feels slower with high fps and i used a lot of mouses in each computer, I try to reinstall nvidia drivers, I formatted my pc many times... and I can't take off the input lag.

What are your specs?
