Input lagg possibly 1060 i7 7700

Hey,

First off my rig:
1060 3GB (Gigabyte)
I7 7700
Hyper 212 LED CPU Cooler
2x 4GB Ballistix RAM
1x 1TB HDD
1x 120 SSD
B250 PC Mate

Monitors:
Philips 60 hz (2nd, discord, music, videos)
Optix MAG24C 144 hz (1st, gaming)

My issue:
Every but every game i need to have more than 100 fps else it will feel super laggy, stuttery, i can barely play any games on windowed or windowed fullscreen, it will cause tons of input lagg i think, i got FreeSync off, if i have it on it feel delayed.

I have this issue on both monitors, the 60hz and aswell on the new 144hz monitor.
Is it my GPU? Cause i've seen multiple people having issues with the 1060 3GB gigabyte card.

What games do you play and what is the make and model of your motherboard?

Fortnite, overwatch, csgo, sometimes bo4.

Ok - with exception to BO4 those aren't terribly demanding games on hardware. I would monitor your ram usage though, as I suspect it will be almost full which is causing your system drive to page file. Confirm that first and i'll recommend some ram.

While playing Fortnite (main game), i use 65-70% of my memory, with chrome open 80%

I'd get a 2 x 8gb kit and install them in slots two and four.

I might already have those occupied cause my other 2x 4 GB,
So can i do them in the other ones?

Installed it, tested it, didnt fix it.

Under 120 fps lagging hard!
