Input on build

I am trying to put together a budget build for my girlfriend and I just wanted someone elses opinion on the build so far at hand. She will mainly be playing steam games (Dayz, Gary's mod, tombraider, castle crashers), Sims 4, and minecraft. So right now as we are both college students money is very tight so im trying to keep prices low while also trying to make sure she can play all these games. This is what I have so far on the build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/yChkqs . If you have thoughts, suggestions, or think I should change the build please let me know. Also she did originally and still wants a mini itx build but I didn't know good one would do because I will be overclocking the cpu in her system but if anyone can make a cheap build of one so I can just have her options open it would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I know I can go cheaper on the case but I figured I would pay for that part as a piece of a birthday gift
