Minor changes. Keep the i5. It is much better than a 750k by miles. Clock speed doesn't determine the performance.
750Ti is slightly better than a R7 260X but 260X is still fine. Swapped to a better power supply . Don;t get CX or CSM power supply. They use cheap caps inside and is not great.

i don't know , the cpu says it is 3.0 ghz , why don't u try AMD cpus , a athlon 750k is also quad core but it runs with 3.4 ghz and it's almost 100$ cheaper the other parts is good i think 😀

Just realized though that it is nonmodular. I want one that is at least semi modular. Any suggestions in that category? I was looking at these two:
