[SOLVED] Input Signal out of Range

I am updating question.

I am recieving error when connecting my laptop to external monitor (shipped with a pc system) - Input signal out of range Change setting to 1366x768 60hz.

My laptop resolution is 1366x768. I have tried to do this steps explained on youtube

1) uninstall display drivers in safe mode

2) change to base video in boot in msconfig.

3) lower the resolution



Still it is not fixed. The external monitor is working with my old system which is also of same resolution as my laptop.

Problem Solved.
I changed the aspect ratio of display to mantain scaling in intel command center.
The problem was active resolution.
