[SOLVED] Insane cpu temps on brand new build

as title suggests got a brand new prebuilt yesterday and see high temps while gaming between 83c - 90c from core 0 through 7 but cores 8 through to 23 are sitting between 70-65c

specs - i9 14900KF 24core, deepcool cooler

EDIT: Literally turned off Nvidia DLSS and it fixed, not sure how to mark as solved lol

Make sure your bios is up to date, and you are running Intel's recommended power profile. You might have an older bios that is feeding way more voltage than necessary, and that will degrade your chip.

Deepcool what? What model is the prebuilt system? If it came with some cheap cooler, you are gonna have terrible temperatures and thermal throttling.

For a 14900KF, you need at minimum a 120mm dual tower air cooler, or a 360mm AIO, or custom liquid cooling with at minimum a 360mm radiator.

I know it was marked solved, but turning off DLSS is not something that would or should "solve" high temperatures.
