Inspiron 530S Display Driver Issues

PC Model: Inspiron 530S
OS: Windows 10
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8600 3.3 MHz
RAM: 4GB 800 MHz DDR2
GPU: Zotac Nvidia GT 1030 Low Profile
SATA_0: Kingston A400 120 GB SSD
SATA_1: WD Black 320 GB HDD
SATA_2: Optical CD ROM Drive
PSU: OEM Inspiron 530S

On a fresh install of Windows 10, with all other drivers and updates completed, The GT 1030 drivers crash the computer with a watchdog violation BSOD. I've tried removing the drivers completely and reinstalling them, disabling all sound devices (read it in a forum, which is fine as the monitor for it and the computer itself don't have speakers) and nada. As a side note, the GT 1030 is brand new, was just installed on a clean installation of windows and the issues have happened only since Driver Booster said it needed to be updated. It hasn't worked since.

Any ideas?

Solution
I presume that you have legit Win10 installation copy, correct?

Driver Booster mess. You use this to help finding drivers, correct?

I would use it for non essential drivers only like keyboard drivers, not video or chipset or audio.

Your latest Dell sourced drivers are for Win Vista, I know. So, we will have to do incremental driver upgrade.
Usually, if one can not find drivers straight for Win10, Win 8 or Win7 or Win Vista drivers can be used.

Follow this Guide http://dellwindowsreinstallationguide.com/driver-sets/inspiron-desktops/inspiron-530-windows-7-64-bit/

And forget about Driver Booster until you complete above guide.

But, first, reinstall Win 10 and then proceed with above guide. Once you done, comeback here and report...

Solution

Do not use Driver Booster, unless you have some unusual hardware and you can not find drivers yourself.

I used similar program DriverMax to find drivers for Acer media keyboard and that was it.

Works fine on my main computer. This computer is old so it makes sense newer drivers might cause instability.
