Inspiron 6000 wireless n

I am thinking about upgrading my laptop to wireless N. I have a Dell Inspiron 6000. I would like to get an internal Wireless N card. I have found Several on ebay but I'm not sure if they will work. Has someone done this before?

I'd speak to Dell before spending the money. Laptop makers have a nasty habit of slugging the BIOS to stop you adding 3rd party internals (even if they are functionally identical).

Simpler option is to go for an external device -- USB or PCMCIA
