Inspiron and Dimension

Is the Dell Inspiron E520 motherboard (P4 3GHz processor), the same as that used in the Dell Dimension E520 Viiv (Pentium D 915 processor 2.8GHz).

If not, will it function satisfactorily and fit (screw holes, etc.)
