Install Chipset Drivers before installing OS?

I just built a PC for a friend, and when I try to install Windows 7 I get the blue screen error saying my BIOS is not fully ACPI compliant. I updated by BIOS to the latest update. I have an GA-AB350M-Gaming 3 motherboard, and I am using a Ryzen 5 2400g CPU. I checked PC part picker to even see if there were compatibility issues. It says

“Some AMD B350 Chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Raven Ridge CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions.”

I already updated the BIOS to the latest version like I said. On Gigabyte’s website, it shows the Chipset drivers for the motherboard, so I think I need to install the latest Chipset Drivers, even though I feel like I should already have those drivers installed because I just bought the motherboard. Anyways, I can’t install Windows 7 to install those drivers because I get the ACPI error, so how do i install those drivers? If you think the issue is different than the Chipset Drivers, then let me know. Hope somebody can help because this problem has been bugging me for a few days.

As kanewolf said, you'll need to slipstream the drivers into the Windows 7 install. This basically means that you'll need to build bootable media that includes both the Windows 7 installation and the drivers all together.

There's lots of how to's on google: https://www.google.com/search?q=how+to+slipstream+drivers+in+a+windows+7+install&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-b-1. Follow this link or google "how to slipstream drivers in a windows 7 install". You'll need to research how to do this or go back to your friend and use Windows 10 to avoid having to do a slipstream install of Window 7.

Question from trainsferdayz : "BIOS is not fully ACPI compliant"

I have just built a PC for my friend, and while trying to install Windows 7, it says Windows is loading files on a black screen like it should be, then it shows the Starting Windows screen, and then all the lights on my keyboard and mouse go out, and it shows the error in the attached image.

The specs of my PC are:
Motherboard: Gigabyte AB350M-Gaming 3
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2400g

I think that is all I need to provide for the specs, but I did update the bios to F21 (I tried F22b but that didn’t work and the b I believe stands for beta so I thought maybe that could have been the problem), also I am installing using a USB. If anybody can help please let me know, my friend really needs this PC and I need to figure out this error.
