Install drivers on windows xp

I am custom building a pc and I am not really sure how to install the drivers I need or where to get them from. My pc is running windows xp and has a M2N68-LA Narra6 motherboard. It also has a Nvidia GT610 graphics card. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated

download the drivers from HP.com and nvidia.com
