Install failed twice

Hi there,

I've tried on two occasions to install W10 using the desktop launcher but it failed mostly stalling on the splash screen and giving me some code which I couldn't find a reference for.

My question is if I install it using the ISO on a USB key, will it wipe all the software off my C: drive? Additionally will the software on my E: drive work when plugged back in?

If yes if there a way round this?

Download the MediaCreation tool, and create your own installation media.
Try that.
