Install kali linux with bootable usb and no os present in it

I'm using acer laptop after factory reset while installing windows I had powered off now I'm not able to install windows .now when i on the laptop acer screen appears and loads after that screen becomes black .now i want to install kali linux using bootable device made using rufus.while using boot menu the usb device is not showing and while usb is connected can't acces boot menu.please help

So, your USB does not appear in Boot menu? Disable Secure Boot and enable legacy boot support in BIOS. It would help if you mentioned your laptop model...
