I have Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H mobo. I was skeptical that my Graphic Card is creating some issues, so I thought of reinstalling windows from scratch.
I know that my mobo support UEFI bios, so I used Rufus to create Bootable OS usb with "MBR Partition scheme for UEFI". It created successfully.
I rebooted and booted into usb and went ahead to license and all and there I got the message that "The selected disk has an MBR partition table. On EFI systems, Windows can only be installed to GPT disks".
So can anyone tell me, what the heck is actually UEFI. Why there is so much trouble in doing these things. Moreover, Ive formatted the C partition of my HDD, and now it have UEFI as prefix when selecting boot order.!
