Question Installation issue

Hi there,
im trying to install windows 10 via USB stick on a new M.2 drive in a Dell optiplex 7040 and during the process i get this message,

(WINDOWS COULD NOT PREPARE THE COMPUTER TO BOOT INTO THE NEXT PHASE OF INSTALLATION.TO INSTALL WINDOWS,RESTART THE INSTALLATION)

I have never seen this before,i have installed windows 10 many times,does anyone have a solution to this?

yes i restarted the installation process and the issue just returns each time,i have tried several times,i noticed it does leave some windows files on the drive that i tried installing on.

Have you removed all other drives before installing? If not, try that.
