Installation on pc

I am trying to install a windows 10 by using Usb drive and change the bios settings also but the pc was struck on starting page what is the cause and how do i fix threats

Pass on the specs to your build like so:

Have you tried going into BIOS and setting the USB installer as the primary boot device. You might need to enable USB boot in BIOS. Speaking of installer, did you create the installer using Windows Media Creation Tools?

Yes i done this everything when i start my pc with these settings my was displayed windows logo thats it is not moving to next page what is the issue sir
