Installation package cannot be found

Hello,
I have been using Whisper 32 for ages without any issues. Now i am getting a message when i attempt to login WThe feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable". the next click gives the message "An installation package for whisper 32 cannot be found" I have recently started using ADVANCED SYSTEM CARE PRO SCANNER to resolve performance issues and wonder if this scan could be removing some access to the path required to open whisper. Can you assist please. i am lost without my passwords!!

Those performance pkgs screw with your registry - Not a good idea !

Uninstall that system care software, most of that stuff is spyware and slows down the system. You should contact the support for the Whisper 32 program, they probably use an encrypted database and if you don't know what your passwords are without the program you don't want to start messing around with things on your own.
