thanks for the response but they are not running in my system after the donwload its showing an error msg

what is the error? are you running legitimate Legal software?

Where did you download it from? AFAIK, you can only buy Office software on disc, so if it's downloaded it'll be a non-legit copy. As such, I doubt anyone on this forum will help you...'tis a frowned upon practice, it is.
