So ive had my PC for about 2 months now, didn't have a graphics card as the one I wanted wasnt in stock anywhere. Had no problems with the sound until I finally got my new GPU, Gigabyte G1 Gaming 980Ti, now ever since ive installed this, there's a noise coming from the sound that isnt normally there, not from the actual hardware of the PC, from the on-board audio.
Anyone know why?
I was at first installing it to the top GPU slot, but for some reason my WiFi adapter kept getting disabled/un-recognised, so it is now in the bottom GPU slot.
USB headsets such as my Logitech g430 isn't detecting the noise, but other audio devices plugged into the audio jack does detect them, but sometimes after a few minutes it disappears/gets really low to where its hardly noticeable.
PC Specs:
CPU: i7 4790k
GPU: G1 980Ti
MoBo: Asus Maximus VII Hero
PSU: XFX Pro Series Full Modular Edition (Gold) 850W ATX 2.3
Any help would be appreciated!
