Installed GPU weird colors when booting up

So i installed my GPU XFX R9 380x and i have been getting this wierd colors when booting up or restarting. If anyone is willing to give me advice as to why i have this will be appreciated. Thanks

Gigabyte GA-H67MA-USB3-B3 Motherboard
Intel i5-2500k @3.3GHZ CPU
Intel SSD 530 Series 120GB
Sentey Metal Blade Power 750 Watts 80 Plus Bronze Certified Power Supply

Hello,

Does it go away after post? Does it ever work as intended? It kind of looks like Post artifacts, but i would suspect the signal cable or adapter as well. Have you tried another monitor/signal carrier? If it persists, you may need to make a ticket at xfxsupport.com for warranty servicing.

What do you mean by "after post" like if its running normally? If it is, yes it is running normally no crashes when i play games its just when i turn on my computer or restart it, it gives those colors. I have tried different cable and monitors still the same.

Yeah thats strange. if it was the GPU, you should see immediately failures when windows load, and playing games would be very difficult. Can you take a picture of the screen colors?

SO i just found out that after disconnecting all my other HDD except my main SSD OS it goes away. But when i plug it back in it shows up. Should i RMA it or just keep it cause right now i havent had nay problems. So i just want to know what should i do?
