Solution
That's not a 16gb dimm. It's an 8gb dimm that was part of a 16gb kit(2x8gb). You only have 1 of the 2 sticks which is 8gb, you would need both dimms from the kit to get 16gb.

No need to yell(typing in caps is akin to yelling on a forum).
According to the information you posted. It clearly shows a 1 8gb dimm in slot 2 and a 4gb dimm in slot 3.
Now the part number indicates the 8gb dimm was part of a 16gb kit(2 matched 8gb dimms) do you have both of those installed or just one of the 2?
