Question Installed new cooler 3 & 4th ram slot stopped working

Checked just in case but no bent pins on cpu(didn't even take it out for the cooler swap) Did a CMOS reset, checked each stick in each slot. 1 2 works for both sticks, 3 4 doesn't work for either.

What the f did I do that turned the slots into poo poo? It was supposed to be a simple cooler swap.

I tried loosening the screws a little but it didn't help much. I tightened them with hand until I met resistance, that should be just enough pressure no?

Maybe the the standoffs are too tight? They seem pretty close to ram traces(?) or whatever those are
