I installed a new PSU and GPU today so I'm pretty proud since I'm a noob to computer stuff and I'm still learning. After finally getting things plugged in now and my PC actually turns on this time now my monitors don't after hooking them up. My new gpu is a GeForce GTX 750 Ti. I checked and it is plugged in all the way. One monitor uses a HDMI and the other uses a dvi. Any help?

Are all power plugs of your new card attached to PSU PCIE power cables? and is it sitting snug in the PCIE slot with no major sagging?
Does your card fans spin when you boot your computer and is it slightly warm?
Try different port of the new graphic card, or different cable, or a different port on your monitor.

Try the card on another PCI express slot of your motherboard , or on another computer if possible.
If your motherboard has an integrated graphics ( has outputs for monitors in it's rear I/O), you might need to switch in the BIOS settings your primary display to the new installed video card ( set it to PCI or PEG). What model is your motherboard?

How do I go about doing that? Is it in my mother board manual? It's a 760gm-p34 (fx) msi

When your computer starts and you see the first post on your screen, Press DELETE key to enter BIOS SETUP
Then as your motherboard manual is not detailed, check these 2 entries in the Bios either " 3rd entry : Integrated Peripherals " or 2nd entry "Advanced Bios Features" looking for "primary Video or Graphic ", when found switch it from " on-board graphics (or IGX) to PCI (or PEG)., then Save and exit your Bios.
You can get familiar with your motherboard Bios lay out reading it's manual page 24: https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/support/760GM-P34-FX#down-manual

I'm assuming I need to put my other graphics card in then to do it because I can't do this with my new one in. I literally can't see my screen at all with the new one. It's not even detecting my monitors.

You Bios settings might have a special setting to allow it to automatically detect and function with either graphics (onboard integrated or your new discrete video card), please take a screen capture of your Bios settings when you get to that entry (graphics or video), thanks.
