Installed new GTX 1050 ti but it cant works

Hi guys, today i just bought a new GTX 1050 ti to replace my GTX 650. Once i done installed and turn it on, i firstly observed that my processor fan is not running while others are running including gpu fans. However, a few second later, the processor fan started to spin and i heard beep sound, short beep sound and the gpu fan is not running anymore. May i know what is the problem ?

My pc specs:
Psu : 500w
Mb: gigabyte z77p-d3
Ram: 2 x 4gb kingston hyperX ddr3
Processor: intel core i5 3330 3.0ghz lga1155
