installed new motherboard issues

Installed a new motherboard and now my PC will lose signal to the monitors and the keyboard and mouse LEDs turn off but all the pc LEDs stay on as if the pc is still running then I cant reset it or turn it off I have to flix the button on the power supply to turn it off it's a asus B350-f gaming ROG and my CPU is a ryzen 1700 with nzxt kraken x52 cooler GPU is a asus 1070ti rog 16g gskill ram and power supply is a 600w atx 12v 2.2 thermaltake I have tried a fresh install of windows and gone over everything to make sure all the cables are plugged in correctly and that doesn't seem to be the problem this problem also happens at very random times there seems to be no pattern all my temps are perfect CPU sitting on 30 to 40 degrees Celsius and GPU sits on about 60 in use and 30 when not so I'm at a loss any help would be appreciated.

What BIOS version is the new motherboard running? Per the CPU Support List that motherboard requires BIOS version 0401 to properly support that processor. If the current BIOS is earlier than that, you *COULD* experience the issues you are describing.

I have just finished updating to the latest bios version and it's still happening
