So, I had 2x8gb 3200mhz and decided to install two more 2x8gb 3200mhz. So, I put them in and then booted the pc but when I encountered a problem. I asked a friend of mine and he told me to go to the bios and disable xmp and when I did that the pc booted just fine. No errors. So, I decided to go back to Bios and enable xmp so I could have 3200mhz and that's when I got the problem again. So, I don't know what to do. Runs fine with 2133mhz but with 3200mhz I get an error after logging in.

Pc:
I5 9600k
Rog Strik z390-E gaming
32gb ram ddr4 3200mhz

What error? "Windows couldn't load correctly"

Yes, that is the motherboard. And made sure all ram sticks were same model.
