Question Installed Two SSD's now pc won't turn on

So I've had two SSD's lying around and decided to install them when installing them I switched my HDD's PSU cable positioning and found my GPU's power cable to not be plugged in after reinstalling that I installed the SSD's in the front of my case (It was a struggle). After installing them I put the PC back to where it was and tried to power it on but all I got was a fan slightly move. (mind you the ethernet still blinks and my keyboard still lights up.) I uninstalled the SSD's and tried to turn it on again and it won't turn back on.

Vampire 750Watt Gold PSU
GPU GTX 1080 EVGA SC
Mobo ASROCK Z97 Extreme 4
CPU - i7-4790k
HDD- 1TB
SSD's installed 860 EVO's

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Double check that all cables, cards, RAM, and jumpers are fully and firmly in place.

What case are you using?

just fitting the SSD's into their spots on the front as I had to fit the wiring from the back of the case to the front

Case is a NZXT s340
The manual is for a z170M but the board is similiar
