Question Installing a game from my DVD Drive is slow

I have been having issues that when I install some of my old games from my DVD Drive, it is very slow. Is there any way to fix this?

Well is it slower than it used to be? I remember games taking FOREVER to install back in the day so I'm not surprised by this question.
It could be the DVD drive dying or it could just be slower than you remember

I am wondering if I should contact Asus Support about this because it is still under warranty?

Sure you could, but I've heard their support is hot garbage!
