installing a gtx 1060 3GB, what power supply will suffice?

Hey! I'm upgrading my old 750ti to a 1060 3GB but my current PSU is a Chinese 460-watt max. I'm not sure what other components heavily impact watt consumption but I have 12GB DDR3 of ram and an Intel i7-4770 processor, 917 GB of storage and a DVD RW Drive. Should I upgrade and if so to what PSU? Thanks!

Min reqs for 1060 is 450w and 22 amps.

"Chinese" is kinda vague though. Brand and model would help determine reliability.

Are you sure you're spelling the brand name correctly? I get no results searching for Acbel Electronics, but being as it's a Chinese brand, it may be very hard to fond any info on.
