Question Installing a second M.2 SSD causes boot failure ?

Specs:
GPU: RTX 3080
Mobo: MSI B550-A PRO

So I got myself a second m.2 ssd for some extra storage. Installed it yesterday, and first boot was a fail with the VGA debug light lighting up on my mobo.
So I Restarted and everything worked fine.

Now today, I am constantly getting the boot fail with the VGA debug light lighting up. If I remove the new ssd, everything works fine. But installing it causes the boot to fail. I read my mobos manuals and there is nothing about the second m.2 slot disabling the main PCIE slot, where I have my GPU installed.

Anybody have any ideas why this is and how to resolve this?

Do you have anything plugged into the second pcie slot?

What is the new ssd? Did you format the ssd or put anything on it?
