Question Installing and using Quadro 4000

First off here are my computer specs:

I'm trying to run 2 graphics cards, an Nvidia GeForce GT 610 with a Quadro 4000. When I install the Quadro 4000 in my pc, my pc does not want to display. When I take the Quadro 4000 out and keep my GT 610 then it displays. Any ideas?

Mixing gaming graphics cards and Quadro cards is quite difficult. The drivers conflict with each other.

Ok what if I just want to add the Quadro in my pc? For some reason when I put the graphics card in my PC doesn't want to display or boot still.
