Entirely unsure of what you are actually asking.
The drivers? For the GPU/Audio/motherboard?
Those have little to do with what drive it boots from.
What are you actually trying to do, and how is the system configured now?

I'm sorry if my original post was confusing. I am currently running two operating systems, yes. I would like to be able to boot from the original hard drive, but my hardware is too different now for it to be able to boot. I was assuming that I'd need to install chipset/motherboard drivers for it to be able to do so.
It installed, but won't boot? Generally, a Windows install will boot with a minimal set of default drivers.
I'm talking about the one I used initially before I upgraded my components! It is often necessary to reinstall windows after upgrading important components. Basically Windows won't boot on the first hard drive because it is now being recognized as a different computer. I only have Windows installed on the second hard drive because the first one would no longer boot when I changed motherboards/cpu/ram. I would like to use the first hard drive again because everything is already installed and set up to my liking on that one.
So:
You changed hardware, and the old Win install won't boot. That is quite often the result.
Then, you installed an OS on a secondary drive.
And you want to somehow alter the original install to actually work with the new hardware.
Unfortunately, it does not work like that.
Bite the bullet and reinstall your applications.
