Solution
Well i am also in the process of buying new fans but I found this one better..

spend another Rs.100 and its from same seller no problem..
you will get
800 - 2200 RPM Fan Speed which is more than sickle flow and it has 4pin so you can change or computer can change the fan speed when needed...
fan airflow is more 93.74 CFM
The noise level is more but it will be lower when fan is spinning at a lower rpm..
I am going to buy 2 pieces of this fan today only..
if you are going to install from both sides..
remember to check how the airflow is moving..
in general you blow cool air from front and blow hot air outside...so if you are planning on the sides check how the air will blow in and go out...
