Question How do I install a Lian Li GAII Trinity Performance AIO on an AM5 socket ?

Anyone know how to install a GAII Trinity Performance on a AM5 socket? There are two Pump brackets. One has two installation points. One has four. I have the four one. After I install the 4 standoff studs and center the pump on the brackets, I can't seem to screw into the studs. The bracket connections turn but don't make contact, and so there is nothing to screw onto. It's driving me crazy. (And I can't seem to contact LIan Li using their online form).

I have an AMD Ryzen 9 7950X. The brackets I have, and the description of how they fit, are in the installation guide. This guide is different from the online installation guide.

The issues are that I have been unable to contact Lian Li to get a replacement (AM5) bracket, and the bracket/standoff studs that I have don't seem to work together. The studs and the bracket fit but there seems to be no contact with the screw, so I can't tighten the bracket. Another issue is that the pump on top of the standoff studs does not make contact with the chip.

The online (youtube) guidance is not for this bracket.. What I think is going on is that I bought this from Amazon, and the GA II the seller sent is an old (early) GA II which has now been changed. But, I can't contact Lian Li so I just don't know.

so if you don't have the bracket in the video, most likely it's missing and you try to install the 4 holes Intel bracket. which won't fit.

did you remove anything from the motherboard?
which motherboard is it?
