installing hd and windows as we speak

I'm booting windows 7 from usb. I've selected English for language. English for United States for time and currency format. Keyboard or input as us. Hit next. Selected windows 7 install now. window is titled "load driver". In the window it says " a required cd/DVD drive device driver is missing. If you have a driver floppy disk, cd, DVD, or usb flash drive, please insert it now. Note: if the windows installation media is in the cd/dvd drive, you can safely remove it for this step". Noob moment....What do I do now?
